Aims and objectives

Our aim is to provide the highest quality care and education for children under 5.

Using the DFES Statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, and complying with other legislation such as planning, fire, food hygiene and health and safety.

We will

Provide a happy and stimulating environment that is well maintained, clean and safe.

Be a team of staff who are willing to build on their knowledge and keep up to date with current childcare and education practice.

Plan and provide a programme of activities to give every child a stimulating and fun learning experience.   Taking into account the individual needs and interest of the child, these are based on the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Every Child Matters outcomes

Treat all children with respect, supporting their individuality and give equal opportunities to all.

Work in partnership with parents and other professionals and between any other settings that the child attends, to ensure good communication.
